Integrator Information

I've added a section to the documents for integrator information. I've copied some stuff from the wiki to this document and added Joe's wiring practices. If there is any good info on the wiki you think might need to be in the integrator information section let me know. The wiki is a wild west free for all that is user maintained and has a lot of out of date information. Moving the good information to the docs will help maintain it better and give a single place to find that information.
