Is this a real part or just a simulation?
If you are running a simulation without a machine hooked up try jogging the z axis to a different position and then "touch off" there.
If you look at the AXIS screen you will see the dimensions of the part and a red box will include the dimension that is causing the problem so you will know which direction to jog to.
If it is a real part and you have properly homed, your axis limits are set properly and you have touched off in the proper location then it would seem the part is larger than your machine capacity.
