Mouse Cursor disappears

Hello All,
I have installed EMC 2.4.3 onto a single board computer. It installed without a problem.
My monitor uses a 60Hz refresh and Ubuntu defaults to 68Hz. When I go into Preferences, Monitor
and change the refresh rate to 60Hz, when I click Apply, my mouse cursor disappears. The cursor
is still active, if I move my mouse blindly to top right and click it opens the shutdown menu, but I still
can't see the cursor. When I reboot, there is still no mouse cursor. I was going to try and change
the refresh rate by editing xorg.conf file, but I can't find it. Anyone else had this problem?

Thanks in advance,

Dave.

Have a look at wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/emcinfo.pl?Tro...oting#Display_Issues

By default 10.04 does not have an Xorg.conf file, but there are instructions there on how to auto-create one.

The software open-gl trick there might also be worth a try.
