Hello folk,

I am trying to install Linux cnc
With NC studio controller , is that possible
or I am wasting my time?
Nc studio has dedicated hardware
like a PCI card and a controller

You must write a HAL driver for the LinuxCNC to use NCStudio PCI card.

I see seems difficult to compile a Hardware abstraction layer.
Thanks, but before make something like this I will check something of pre-compiled.

It sounds like NCStudio includes a controller. LinuxCNC is a controller. You can't use two controllers.
