Is it possible to install Glade for panel development without installing LinuxCNC?
I can install "normal" Glade and run it on my amchine at home but it does not have the HAL widgets.
Is it possible to install a pure panel development environment on Linux Mint 19.3 without installing LinuxCNC?
If so where do I find and download the correct version of Glade?

The simplest thing would be to just install a sim version of Linuxcnc (no realtime).
