Here is an outside diameter taper sub for the lathe that allows you to select the length, start and finish diameter of the taper.

Similar to John's Taper OD which calculates the taper by the angle this uses the start and finish diameter.

For simple lathe without tool offsets, tool change, etc.
;odtaper_lathe3 for lathe
;outside diam taper for end of shaft

;UNTESTED concept only, edit and test for your own use before using

;Before running make sure tool is in a position that it can safely travel to Stock Diameter and Z Start.
