I've found a way to use one input for both Z home and probe. is there a way to setup the Y0 home, Y1 home, and X home to be used for arc-ok, THC move-up and move-down inputs after homing is completed?

I would imagine that with a bit of HAL wizardry that would be possible. You could probably use some existing HAL components or even create your own.
Have a look at the HAL section here. linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/

It doesn't matter if the home inputs are toggled once the machine is homed, so you can probably leave those unconnected.
Then use and2 with the pin input and an axis .is-homed pin so that the output is only triggered when the pin is true _and_ the machine is homed.
Though, it is common to combine limit and home switches. Would doing that help?
