I am a newbie too, I was trying to boot live cd from USB and face similar problem. It looks like menu trying to run wrong files name of the kernel, it tries to run version 4 of the kernel, but image contains version 5 of the kernel. Then I edit command line it proceeds but crashes down the road.
And second issue, if I try to run Installation to hard drive. It is starting no problem, but then reaching drive partitioning it does not provide option to partition correct drive. It only lists USB drive in the menu, but if I run devadm info /dev/sda1 it actually sees HDD.
If you have any suggestions let me know. Will try older image, with kernel 4.19 in the meantime

Thanks for your support.
I figured out issue number 2, then disk is not detected during setup.
That was a random old disk from a pile and it had some metadata in partition table that relate it was use in raid at some point, even the fact that there was Windows installed afterward did not make a difference.
I did erased partition table and it detected during install!
I run udevadm info /dev/sda to get some clues
It was showing
ID_FS_TYPE ddf_raid_member
Some info here.

Does that version work with MESA electronics cards?
