New Project Iso 14649 Ap2 - StepNc

I'm working on a project to modify the EMC2 to accept the code in ISO 14649 format STEPNC AP21.
Or if it is possible work in a plug for the acceptance EMC2 code format of ISO 14649 STEPNC AP21.

then, in other words, I want to modify the EMC2 code to take STEP-NC format and convert to G code.

I want to know if is possible to make a plugin for EMC2, without directly modifying the EMC2.
