Plasma Axis - Tool cone on Plot display not moving during homing

I have experienced Tool cone stopped moving on Plot display to follow position during homing. Unfortunately I did not succeed to find any way to solve this. Do you anyone have any idea? Could this be related to any usr/share/... files.
I am using Linuxcnc 2.8 on Debian 9.

Just checked, it does not move, most probably due to the fact that it does not know where exactly the machine is prior to homing.

Thank you very much. I will try to sort it out.
This is only after I start Linuxcnc application. Could that be that I am homing with not known position of machine while having the coordinates system already defined? If so, could that be related to default ngc being open at startup?
