New machine vibration abnormal noise



I have a five-axis laser machine, I use ethercat to control the servo motor, and Linuxcnc2.9. During the operation of the machine tool, such noise is often produced with vibration, and sometimes suddenly appears and disappears suddenly. Can you help me analyze the cause!

I made such abnormal noise during the zero return movement, and it was accompanied by severe machine tool vibration, so I dare not run it for a long time because I was afraid that it would affect the mechanical structure of the machine tool.

It often occurs when the xy axis returns to zero at the same time, and it is more frequent when it is close to the home switch, but I don't know whether there is a connection between the two.
