Habe kein Wegmesssystem! Nur Schrittmotoren.

Why i becomes "Following Error" when i increase the acceleration?
I think,my DELL SX740 computer makes this problem.
ATM i have 110mm/s^2
Max speed 70mm/s
(Only) Sometimes it comes this error,

MAX_ACCELERATION = 800.0
STEPGEN_MAXACCEL = 1000.0

(Only) Sometimes it comes this error,

MEIN Einstellung zum testen

[AXIS_1]
TYPE = LINEAR
HOME = 0.0
FERROR = 1
MIN_FERROR = 0.05
MAX_VELOCITY = 80
MAX_ACCELERATION = 800.0
STEPGEN_MAXACCEL = 1000.0
# these are in nanoseconds
DIRSETUP = 8000
DIRHOLD = 5000
STEPLEN = 2800
STEPSPACE = 2800
STEP_SCALE = 100.000
MIN_LIMIT = -1
MAX_LIMIT = 280.0
HOME_OFFSET = 0.000000
HOME_SEARCH_VEL = 0.0
HOME_LATCH_VEL = 0.0

I know, my machine is perfect!

Makes Lcnc at the beginning a measuring and see, the time constance is the problem?
Sorry, i hope you can understand my terrible english.

Also:

probier mal
STEPGEN_MAXACCEL = (( 1,5x MAX_ACCELERATION ))
