Ändere mal diese Zeile in deiner hal:
Code:
# ---Setup spindle at speed signals--- sets spindle-at-speed true

Code:
# ---Setup spindle at speed signals--- net spindle-at-speed <= <dein_eingangs-pin>

Hallo Aciera

LG

I got the smallest Gravograph machine (UNICA) up and running.
Thanks once again for your input and this amazing forum in general :)

Now, the larger machines have 1-phase AC motors and a separate speed control PCB that's actually a single-phase frequency converter. So far so good, there's also an encoder and a potentiometer to set speed, BUT:
The potentiometer is 500 kOhm and voltage across the potentiometer is merely 0,22 V.

Is there any way to get this to work with LinuxCNC?

[EDIT]
I'd like to apologize for crashing Hans Peter - HPWs thread.
Would it be better to move my issues to a new topic instead?

Hans Peter

Hello everyone.

I already have my milling machine running with the Raspi 4. Now I have upgraded to the Raspi 5. Linuxcnc no longer starts. This may be due to the drivers. I have contacted MESA. And they confirmed that the Mesa 7c80 runs with the Raspi 5, but you have to use the latest version of Linuxcnc and the hm2_spix driver. I have installed the latest version (2.9.3). But where can I find the hm2_spix driver?

Does anyone have a tip for me?

Kind regards

Hans Peter

You need a more recent build then the 2.9.3 release.
Not sure if the LinuxCNC build-bot is still working, if not you may
have to build from source (which is pretty fast on a RPI5)
