Location UK, Cambridgeshire

For sale i have a used Citizen L16 it has 20mm upgrade guide bush for it also
,love to see it go to someone who can maybe retro to linuxcnc and get some devloment progress on dual spindle programing and multi spindle/dual path programming

reason for sale its not being used  as i upgraded to a M20 Citizen slider in its place and no space to have both.
price - £1500
buyer picks up i can load to buyers transport with pre aranagment , or send your own machine mover as it is a pickup and go no skating needed.

the origianl control does dual path program, $1 for main, $2 for sub,$3 is for setup pramiters have made many parts of all types on it, in materials from Steels, Stainless, Titanium etc never a problem for this machine.holds grate tollerance, all axis work fine, all spindle work grate axis

programable , Z1,X1,Y1 , Z2,X2Spindles 3, Main (+indexing),
Sub & Power toolingBar feeder ready interface (was ran on Imeca magazine)
can only work on simple single bar type barfeeders also.

can run ground or non ground bar on it
Main & Sub spindle uses F25 collet type, very common to find - sorry i dont have any i can include as our new machine uses this type also.

has power tooling on the main slide,
i have the slide unit that runs 1x power tooling , also slide unit that takes 2x power tooling. these are easy to change over,
and in the control you tell the machine which unit is in use and it will adjusts all offsets etc for the slide units.

machine has dual path programing so main and sub slides can do there own things, or work together. very powerfull machine when used to true protentional.i have the manual for the machine, paper copy only includs drawings, programing and using of the machine.

Guide bush type depends on guide bush module in use (max 16 OD unit type B238 (61.002), or max 20mm OD unit type B261 (22.001))
i have a driven and static guide bush unit for the B238 types - included in price (photos now added of these)

i have a handfull of B238 Collets i will include in the sale for free , alot are odd sizes from running plastic bar & aluminium.sorry no main orCollets included now added in photosall collets are round,
Sizes are: 2x10mm, 7mm, 3/8",9/32",8.5mm,9/16", 5/8", 6mm, 13.5mm, 1/4",16.6mm,12.85mm,16mm,2x8mm

has indexing on the main spindle only, this is every 15deg with a lock peg to hold position, sorry no true C axis

power tooling holders take standard ER16 Collets.

have upgraded the old inverters to newer Mitsubishi units for the main and sub spindle upgrades aprox 3 years ago, also upgraded the old DC power tooling motor to AC servo motor so more speed & Torque than standard.
had a new encoder on Z2 motor about year ago.
also changed the old CRT to LCD screen

the machine is fully barfeed ready with a socket for the interfacing of a magazine type barfeeder,
there is no bar feed included as we used this on our new machine. but i do have a LNS magazine barfeeder that i belive could be made to work/talk to this machine that i can offer  to the buyer with machine for £500

machine is underpower but has been in storage for awhile now and has lost its pramiters, i do have these but it requires reloading due to it being in storage batterys are flat in it ,
machine is sold as seen but was fully working and making parts untill our new machine arrived.

no tool holders included sorry.

machine weight Aprox 1Tone
machine requires 3 phase 400v supply to transformer which is included for the machine 400 to 200v 3phase

Hi Rob, how's going over there? You still making model car parts?

Pop in the IRC. Note: #linuxcnc has moved to Libera.Chat and #flex-dev is my channel

It might be useful to way where the lathe is? I am assuming UK from the pricing.

(This isn't an expression of interest, I am afraid, I don't have the space, or the time)
