How to hide an Axis for display and homing was created by mariusl
I have a textile cutter that has X, Y and A (rotary) axis. I need to hide the Z axis with buttons and DRO and homing from the GUI. What is the best way to do this?

If you configure an XYA machine, all other axis / joints will be invisible.
What have your configured in your INI File?

In the INI under [DISPLAY] - geometry = xya
makes no difference
If I change [TRAJ] - coordinates = XYA the system takes a long time to start and is very sluggish and the jog buttons are missing

I found this in the debug log to console
***** GMOCCAPY INFO *****this is not a usual config
we miss one of X , Y or Z axis
We will use by axisletter ordered jog button
**** GMOCCAPY INFO ****
**** arrange JOG button by axis
/usr/bin/gmoccapy:311: GtkWarning: Invalid icon size 48
The system is unusable as it does not seem to find the limit switches and cannot start up. There is no limit switches setup only home switches. After a while it will bom out.
