a few bugs in Gmoccapy 3.1.3.10

I have LCNC 2.9 master branch installed on my Emco PC Turn 55 lathe, running Gmoccapy in Lathe mode. I have a few issues. 

issue #1: Touch off Tool Z button is missing on the tool setting page. Touch off Tool X is there and works fine, the Z button is missing

Issue #2: The graphic display DRO and coordinate scale display in Metric on startup, even though the machine is set to inch. Setting G21 and then G20 in MDI fixes this issue

Issue #3: the R/D axis fields used to be black and white, depending on whether you were in G7(Diameter) or G8(radius) mode. Currently, there is no white DRO, they are all black

Can you post your configuration? As I said it works fine for me with the sample configuration.
