Cuts are not as designed

I’m still fine tuning my newly “finished” plasma. So I’ve only really been cutting lines and basic shapes. My machine seems to have problems with circles though, they don’t match up and there’s just some weird lines going on. But it cuts squares perfect, it’s square, and it scaling is perfect. Could the issue be the design software? I’m using librecad, then dxf2gcode

What kind of drive system does your machine use? Direct drive steppers?

One of the axis has backlash of about 1mm.
And please upload the pictures here, not on external sites.

while the machine is powered on and the motors are locked, move each axis by hand, they should not move. Also check the pulleys as one of them might be loose.

It’s direct drive, so I have a gear rack and gears. I’ll check in a few hours. How would I fix that?
