Hi guys,
I have a working system (can jog XYZ). Ran Configurator/create/launched linuxcnc with errors shown in attached screen shot.
Something to do with Ipv6, but Mesa 7i76e is working fine connected via ethernet Ipv4. Screen that launches is not Plasma screen but base machine configuration ?????
Help and comment most appreciated.

I vaguely remember seeing something similar before. Can you try disabling your wifi, and then starting LinuxCNC?

OK - but linuxcnc is running on an AMD/MSI computer that has no wifi - I manually connect an ethernet cable to my router - which is now not connected to the internet. Ethernet cable is only connected to the Mesa 7i76.

Other note - when I rerun configurator using same ini file to reconfigure - it hangs. ????

Those errors are pertaining to IPV6 ( Internet Protocol Version 6 ), and can be ignored and usually do not cause the configuration to fail.
We need the Debug part of the error.

You have in your machine hal file
net din-00     <=  hm2_7i76e.0.7i76.0.0.input-06
and you also asked the configurator to connect something to that pin as well, it a pin can only be connected once.

It will appear in densplasmaaug3d_connections.hal

Thank you - I missed that one by a mile - I actually thought they should match. I'll comment out the duplicates for the other inputs and outputs in the .hal as well and give it a go. :)

Where should the encoder velocity, thcad input, go (hal - connection from the configurator Arc voltage line?

That should also only be in your connections.hal file
