That might work, but it would be very unusual. As far as I know there are no components which auto-link themselves to others.
It would cause some problems, potentially, too. Imagine that someone wants to also link that halui pin to another pin in HAL, they either have to know to let your component do it first, or your component will fail because the pin is already linked.
