Hi to all,
My question is very simply.
Is possible to map the run command (in the axis interface is the symbol Play or "R") on an parallel input pin?

Yes, though it seems to no longer be as easy as it used to be.
You need to load halui:
linuxcnc.org/docs/html/gui_halui.html
That gives you a HAL pin called halui.program.run
I think you might also need to set halui.mode.manual to false and halui.mode.auto to true.
