In MDI g0 x1 moves the machine 1 inch.
The axis display shows it has moved 2 inches.

Attach your ini and hal files to a message. It will take two replies one for each file... or copy both of them to a text file and attach that.

Just found the issue- looks like my controller DIP switch info was wrong- setting it to 1/16 steps fixes it
