Has anyone tried this ARM based cnc system?

I have read a few times in the Raspberry pi thread on this forum someone asking if cubieboard would not be a better ARM based cnc platform linuxcnc.org/index.php/english/forum/18-...y-pi?start=270#48790

I am not sure if the cubieboard really has any advantages above the raspberry pi, but recently noticed a site developing what looks like a cubieboard based system www.bevelcutting.com/blog.html .

Has anyone tried this system does it work well is it good value for money?
