I do not know, i do not use Czech language, last time i was there was in 2004 i think! 
See if Debian Buster has Czech language as LinuxCNC 2.8.4 is based on that.

I do know somebody who decided the cost of ethercat on Mach was prohibitive and he moved from Mach to Linuxcnc where the ethercat controller is free. (It runs on the Linuxcnc computer). Look at the ethercat section here and read the sticky on how to install it...Hello
