Debian 13 update broke PyQt5

I just did an update on my Debian 13 dev PC and PyQt5 was removed and can't be installed. Kinda hard to test mesact without PyQt5... anyone have any ideas?

I'm using Debian 13 only because it's the only kernel that works correctly with my video card.

I tried aptitude as well...
john@cave:~$ sudo aptitude install python3-pyqt5
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  python3-pyqt5{b} python3-pyqt5.sip{a} 
0 packages upgraded, 2 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 2,546 kB of archives. After unpacking 17.1 MB will be used.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 python3-pyqt5 : Depends: qtbase-abi-5-15-4 which is a virtual package and is not provided by any available package

The following actions will resolve these dependencies:

     Keep the following packages at their current version:
1)     python3-pyqt5 [Not Installed]
