Hello,
I just loaded last version of liveCD and try to start it on PC with Intel i3 CPU.
Well system does not start complitly.
As I can find in internet the problem may be in RTAI and SMI.
Any body started EMC on new Intel CPUs?

i was able to boot the 2.4.4 live cd on my HP pavilion DM4 laptop that has an i5-430M processor.
