manual or tutorial for gcodetools ?

I would like to use gcodetools

for produce gcode directly from inkscape files.

Using this extension is not very easy and i cannot find a manual.
Any suggestion where to find some explanations ?

I am trying to produce my first gcode and i cannot understand how to drive the tools left or right to the path.
I need some help.
