advice

Hi
I am nissjay who is very new to Linux cnc and I am currently designing a pick and place machine. As I am new to g code programming please some one advice me how to start new page on Linux cnc and programme g codes and simulate
the program. I have already downloaded Ubuntu and Linux cnc but I have no idea how to start a new program to write g codes and test them.

When you have created a new file, you just start by opening it from the File > Open menu
