What version of Python is installed on 12.04?

10.04 has 2.6.5 and I have dxf2gcode_b02.py and it runs for me.

Solved my problem...

Python 2.7.3 (default, Feb 27 2014, 20:00:17)
[GCC 4.6.3] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information

Then i use the version you tell..
Now works like a charm...
