I never noticed before that my implementation of AXIS does not appear to show the outline of the stock material which is available in the (STOCK/BLOCK ...) line.
Can it do that?
This is the first time my stock has been of a different size from the project, and I'd like to see confirmation of the alignment of the model with the stock. (I guess I could be staring right at it and not recognize it.)
Thank you.

Not as a built-in feature. But NativeCAM used a fairly clever scheme to show the srock, by drawing it with G0 moves that were inside optional delete blocks.

What program is creating a STOCK/BLOCK line?
short answer - no.
That is not code linuxcnc recognizes.
Someone would need to code this in the libraries. (Qtvcp has some hooks for it)
