MODBUS refresh

Maybe this is the wrong section, but I'm using the Huanyang VFD and driver and noticed that changes made to the VFD itself are not refreshed in the pyVCP panel unless I close and reopen Axis. For instance, my program 144 on the VFD sets the motor rated RPM (which I have to change on the VFD each time I swap pulleys because I can't figure out gearchange).

Does Axis always need to be closed down, or should there be some way to refresh the MODBUS communication in within Axis?
