During start i get this error USRMOT: ERROR: command timeout

The pin the the e-stop is attached to in hal has to be inverted, something like:

net FloatSwitch parport.0.pin-13-in
to
net FloatSwitch parport.0.pin-13-in-not
or vice versa, notice the added -not at the end off the line.
