Output when spindle should move but without spindle (laser cutting type)

Hello,
I have a Mesa 7i96s and I would like to activate an output when the spindle has to move. My application is to deposit solder on a plate so I only work in 2 dimensions and do not need a spindle.
I would like to know what is the best way to activate this output when the robot is moving along the defined 2D lines.
I attached .hal and .ini files.

I would think M62/M63 would be appropriate here:
