If G70,71,72 would work, it would be possible to use the turning simply by describing the profile without using a cam, it should be a sequence of G0 and G1 where it takes into account the depth of the past starting from the difference between the starting profile and the final one .

It is on the way.
Currently built-in TypeI G71 and G72 exist in a feature branch:
github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/tree/BenPotter/G71

And there is a TypeII setup achived via a python remap here:
github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/tree/andypugh/g71type2remap

It should be possible to add the latter to any current config.

The plan is to use the remap to test the algorithm and then re-code it into a built-in cycle.
