Not linuxcnc related but I figured if anyone knew an answer someone here might.
We just got a Gildemeister lathe and it was recommended that we use Cimco edit to upload files. We don't really need the editor function or anything. I was wondering if anyone knew of an open source alternative?

I did come across that one and tried it but didn't get a successful file transfer. There is a decent chance I just didn't have settings correct or something.
