Intermitt axis reverse (Pico USC)

I am using Pico USC and anilam glass scales I think 2.7 pre2 on my mill and every one and awhile at the same spot in the program the mill will go the wrong direction in all 3 axis sometimes it will throw a following error and stop other times it will stop from the crash . I changed the USC and that fixed it for awhile and now it is coming back I am unsure if this is the USC or if there could be a glitch or noise or idk what but I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this issue
