Did you disable speedstep and other useless stuf in BIOS?
And why isolcpus and noirqbalance?
I never use them, ever.

There is not much setting on bios. I disable all that is suggested.
I have been reading 3 days about different kind of latency mods, and tested a lot.
Now I notice that one problem is that I only got 2gb ram.
I ordered some ram. its cheap to max 8gb
But performance is good now. 10 x glxgears and youtube video rolling max latency is now 35us CPU was 64celsius, so its too warm. Need to mod cooling.
