Editing the hal file to change just the pin number for the spindle, and changing the wire on the Mesa board.
Beware that the first physical pin on the board is pin 0 in the hal file.

If the 7I76 is under warranty you should return it to Mesa for repair/replacement
Even if not under warranty, it can be repaired for a nominal cost

The card is okay since if I replace the pin with another function it works okay. Only the spindle CW has that error, and when I disconnect it it's not present anymore. I am also under some time constraints so it would be difficult to replace. If possible I would like some procedures on how to edit the Hal file because I am having some difficulty with it. Thanks
