7i76e Bit File

I have been using a 7i92 and a 7i76 card and it works fine i need to use two encoders and used this bit file mesa/7i92_7i76x2D.bit

Have upgraded to a 7i76e card when i load this bit file 7i76e_7i76x1D.bit i get one encoder and I can see this pin in HalMeter hm2_7i76e.0.encoder.timer-number

But as i have highlighted i require two Encoders so i loaded this bit file 7i76e_7i76x3D.bit and when i look on Halmeter this pin hm2_7i76e.0.encoder.timer-number has vanished could some one sort me a Bit file that works and give me the hm2_7i76e.0.encoder.timer-number .

The bitfile in the archive is old enough that it does not have the DPLL
encoder count sampling option, This should have the encoder timer pins:
