7i96 Configuration Tool

7i76e Configuration Tool

Both tools have a deb to install them and a menu item gets added to the CNC menu. I try and make the Configuration Tools as easy to use as possible and don't force you to pick a type of machine. You can configure a single axis machine if that's what you need.

If you have any issues please open an issue.

I just finished adding two menu items Save Pins and Save Signals. These will get the pin and signal names and save them to a text file in your configuration directory. No more twiddling around in a terminal to get a list of all the pins and signals.

I'll push the .deb in the morning during free time... on metered time now.

One of the many tools included with the 7i96 Configuration tool is the NIC speed test with which you can easily figure out if your CPU and NIC are fast enough for a Mesa Ethernet Card.

On the Pins tab you can get the actual pin names, also note you can send the pin names and signal names to a text file from the File menu.
