7c81 with Raspi 4 UART connect to RS422 Port 0

The manual will take a while but in the meantime:

GPIO14/TXD0 --> FPGA pin 29
GPIO15/RXD0 --> FPGA pin 27
GPIO17/RTS -->FPGA pin 26
