There is no need to use a 5V power supply. Hope this helps

can I but in  here for a sec. Sorry to intrude but, Rod, you have a part number for that din rail terminal strip next to the 24vPS?
I like how you did that. Very practical. I need some of those....

That is super neat, thanks. I've printed a test batch already and I'll adjust them a bit (mostly make them thicker and replace the pins with screw holes), but it's a great start.
