7i76 firmware update

I have a quite old 7i76 with firmware Rev.6.
So I would like to update the firmware.

As far as I know I need this software package:

Unfortunately the link is broken.
Where can I get the software to update the 7i76 to a current firmware?

how does one update the firmware on a 7i76?

I've got one connected to a 7i92H and there did not seem to be anything in the 7i76 user manual on updating the firmware.

You should not need to update the firmware unless you have very old
firmware (and you are getting warinig messages of this from LinuxCNC)

Its not that old, I was more just curious (just swapped my 7i76E firmware to the 7i76e_7i76x1_5abobpD .... very easy as I was looking for some PWM outputs, saved me a load of work there thanks very much as the Xilinx ISE was not loading on my windows machine.... 6gb download was in progress when I found the bit + pin file and uploaded it).

the 7i76 just has a lathe on it so is very simple config.
