Mesa 7i95 INIT and DONE red lights at power on, not pinging

Hi, our Mesa 7i95 was functioning fine until last friday. We were testing out two stepper motors in a plasma cutter and suddenly stopped working. We think we could have accidentally touched the JTAG pins while powered on, but I don't know if this would've caused much trouble. It shows the INIT and DONE LEDs (CR19 and CR20) red, we tried to ping the board in 10.10.10.10 and 192.168.1.121 to try and flash it and it didn't ping. LinuxCNC shows the same error if the board is or not connected (hm2_eth: rtapi_app_main: Resource temporatily unavailable (-11)).
Any ideas on why is this happening? Thanks.

I would first check the 5V supply, Low 5V can prevent
the 7I95 from starting.

When I plug in my 7i95 after booting up the only LED that's on is CR21 and it's yellow.

When I run a 7i95 configuration the 4 user LED CR1, CR2, CR3, CR4 are green.

When I shut down the configuration CR19 is red, CR20 is yellow, CR1, CR2, CR3 are off and CR4 is green.

Hello! Thank you guys for your replys.

I've checked and the voltage once the power supply is connected to the board is 3,3V aprox. However, when measured without the board connected, the PSU gives 5,12V.

Maybe some board components are burnt?

Checked the board and the zenner diode at the supply input is short-circuited. I'm gonna replace it and see if it solves the problem. Thanks!

It means the polarity of the power supply was reversed.
