Hello...i have a problem with my 7i96 controller and i would really appreciate your help.
I have configured the torch output to output 00. recently when i was doing some cuts i noticed the torch stopped going on and the really was not closing. when i looked at the outputs pins on the controller i noticed they were all going on dimly when i tried to activate the torch on.
What could be the problem?

Moved to Driver Boards in the hope that a Mesa expert will see it.

Sounds like either a 5V overvoltage or output transient has
damaged the output transformer driver chip (74ACT540, U9)
It's also suggested that outputs 4 and 5 be used for plasma and VFD
applications as they have higher isolation voltage and better EMI resistance
(as long as the load current is within their current capability = 100 mA)
