Mesa 7i77 output issue was created by Alexandrion
Hi all,
I have the following issue with the output 1 of my mesa 7i77 board. The output is 16V when should be OFF and normal 24V when is ON, equal to field voltage. The 16V can be measured even if the board is off and only field voltage is applied.
That output is was used to control K32, which is used for changing the polarity of a 12V DC motor found in the gear selector.
At the moment I replaced that output with the last output 15, but I'm afraid that soon the whole output rail will go bad.
There is anything I can do? I have to replace the output drive?
Regards,
Alex

If this card is in warranty (2 years) it should be returned for warranty repair
Out of warranty repairs are typically $35.00 for 1 chip problems.

I bought this card 5 months ago from my Europe supplier EuSurplus, and I totally forgot about the warranty. I will write them an email with the issue.
Thanks!
