Hi,
My CNC will run six motors, xyyzbc.
7I96S can run up to 5 motors so I need a daughtercard, I'm thinking about 7I78.
Are they compatible with LinuxCNC when used together?
Can the DB25M-IDC26 connector be used to connect between those two?
Perhaps a different combination would be better, such as the 7i76e? I don't need two daughter cards.

I'm not an expert, so I prefer to pay a high price for correct and high-quality parts.
Is the combination I mentioned above possible, or is something else recommended?
