PWM board for 7i96S was created by nickcnc
Hello all,Sorry, I tried to find the answer to my question, but to no avail. I need to connect some very simple PWM board for spindle speed control 0 - +10V only to 7i96S. But I don't want to use Mach3 BOB. What other boards can I use?Thanks

Are you already using the built in 10v spindle control on the 7i96S?

I don't understand your question? The 7i96s has an output that converts PWM to voltage.

Sorry, I'm new to 7i96S. I need 0 - +10 for my spindle. Can I get it without additional boards? How? I see it only has 5 volts.

Thank you. But, as I understand it, I can only get 0 +5, 0 -5 there, or -5 - +5 ? But I need 0 +10.

These pins are isolated as noted on page 12. You need to supply the voltage.

7i96S can do 0-10V.
Do you need 0-10V or +-10V?
VFD = 0-10V
Analog servo = +-10V
+-10V means 0 to -10V and 0 to +10V on the same pin.
