Bitfile for 6i25+7i74+7i85

No, the 6i25 was operated with only one 7i74; the second slot remained empty. The new 7i85 will not arrive until Wednesday.

Well it should be a drop-in replacement, I'll take al ook tomorrow. 

I have flashed the 5i25_7i74x2.bit on 6i25 am again and if works ( sserial_port_1=021xxxxx)
 

I tested the bitfile and it works for me on LinuxCNC 2.9.4 (all sserial ports on the 7I74 work)
(the 7I74 is on 6I25 P2 = HDR26)

Since it looks like you have and older installation, you may have been bitten by this bug:

If so, you could update to something newer, or I could make firmware with no sserial on the 7I85
and on the 7I74 change the port to 0
 

Thanks for your efforts, my card 7i85 will arrive tomorrow and I will then try everything out at my leisure.During an update, I encountered another problem with special comp files that no longer work with the new software.
