LinuxCNC supports a wide range of hardware, including a number of obsolete ISA cards etc.
In order to prioritise maintenance of the drivers (and possibly to retire some drivers) it would be useful to know what hardware is out there "in the wild"
Please fill out the survey below selecting any hardware that you use yourself, or have recently seen in use.
(Edit) The poll only appears to allow a single selection, but I have enabled multiple votes per user, so it may be possible to add data for several hardware devices.

Egerobotics components are based on EtherCAT. Is it possible to add such components to the LinuxCNC distribution? I know there are some licensing issues with EtherCAT. Or not?

Licencing Conditions pervents us from hosting ethercat stuff. The correct course of action ewould be to create pull requests against this rep,
github.com/linuxcnc-ethercat
the Ethercat master is configured as a dependency
The driver and devices here are synced to the iGh ethercat apt repository so that ethercat users can receive updated linuxcnc specific ethercat drivers with a simple apt upgrade

We have ESI files and many examples,
But, of course a driver is better than ever

Add another vote for me for the parallel port, i still use it a lot.
I did vote for Mesa, the absolute reason being reliability, for both Mesa and Parallel port.

Mesa, Pico, Parallel port and EtherCAT are safe.
It's the other stuff I am really interested in. Can we safely sunset those drivers?

Servo2Go seems to still exist, but I don't see anything like the original Servo2Go ISA bus interface card on their web page.

I am not sure if servo2go is the same as servotogo.
The servotogo.com address now seems to redirect to an Indonesian lottery site.
