Thanks. Good advice. I'm at work at the moment, but I'll do that when I get home. I guess my mill is an even older version than the ones people shared their config files for, and something on it must be slightly different from their mills.
I know that it is now over a year ago but i am currently setting up exactly the same machine and am not getting any movement just sounds like the steppers are being provided a locking current and that is it would you be willing to provide your configuration file that i can test on my side cause i have tried all the configuration changes mentioned in this forum with no resolve.
Sure, it might take a day or two though as that machine is in bits at the moment and I'm busy at the moment. I haven't used this machine much, IIRC I still had a scaling config issue, but it was otherwise working, and I did a couple of test mills.
